Pedro Infante Monument

Pedro Infante Monument

This monument pays tribute to Mexican superstar Pedro Infante, known in Sinaloa as “the idol from Guamúchil.” Erected 47 years after his death, it stands on the boardwalk along Paseo del Centenario.

The sculpture includes a motorcycle as an homage to one of Pedro’s most famous movies, 1951’s “A Todo Máquin.” Today, it is also a local icon associated with Mazatlán’s Motorcycle Week, a massive event held annually around Easter.
