This website and its booking engine are provided to facilitate the access to destination information, service rates and availability.
SOURCE OF INFORMATION
All destination descriptions, attractions, services, hotel ratings, room categories, prices, availability, payment policy, cancellation policy, and general information are provided by the respective entities, by the hotels and by other service suppliers in the form of verbal or written communication, or are posted on their websites or printed materials.
The reservations processed through this website are made directly to the hotels and other service suppliers, with their approval.
PRICES, RATES, TARIFFS, SERVICE CHARGES AND TAXES
All prices, rates, tariffs and service charges are subject to change without notice until the hotel or service supplier accept total payment of the reservation, even once the credit card transaction or bank wire transfer have been made. The user and the hotel/service supplier understand that the acceptance of payment occurs once the hotel/service supplier does not notify the user about a reimbursement or payment transaction cancellation 48 hours after the reservation confirmation has occurred, and after having sent a reservation reconfirmation notice to the user.
The user understands that taxes are charged and collected by government ordinance and its advance payment does not guarantee that its percentage or amount won’t increase, so they are subject to change without notice. The date of application of taxes and its percentage are subject to government ordinance.
PAYMENTS
Payments, deposits and cancellation penalties, when applicable, are made directly by the users to the hotel/service supplier and deposited directly by credit card payment or bank wire transfer to the hotel/service supplier bank account. All the bank references and credit card merchant information have been provided directly by the hotel/service supplier.
RESPONSIBILITY
The users of this website agree that all services listed in this website or linked websites, including but not limited to accommodations, transportation, local transportation, events and tours, included or not in a reservation made in or through this website, represent a direct agreement between the user and the corresponding service supplier. The user accepts that the responsibility to provide these type of services corresponds to the respective service supplier directly and not the owners or operators of this website, and accepts to hold them harmless from any present or future responsibility, legal or of other nature, for Acts of God, accidents, injuries or death, or anything else that arises during the delivering of a service. According to the Mexican Official Standards NOM-010-TUR-2001, each service supplier is responsible for contracting third party liability insurance and the user accepts that each supplier should take its own responsibility.
MEXICAN TOURISM LAW
The user accepts that all commercial transactions made in this website are made by direct deal between the user and the service supplier. The contract referred by the Mexican Official Standards NOM-010-TUR-2001 is physically or tacitly signed upon checking in with any service supplier or upon using the services included in the purchase or reservation, in accordance with the mentioned standards.

This website is owned by Fideicomiso de Promoción Turística de Mazatlán, a public trust fund to promote and advertise Mazatlán as a destination, and some of the components may be owned by its suppliers or operators. According to the Mexican and international laws, it’s strictly prohibited the partial or total reproduction of this website, including but not limited to text, graphic design, concepts, applications, operative structure, color combinations, order of presentation and navigation.
